Albert Leroy Griffin, 90, of Ravenden passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at his residence.  He was born to Leslie and Dora Griffin in Derma (Calhoun County) Mississippi on December 21, 1929.  He married Wilma Ruth Smith in Pocahontas on August 14, 1950.   Leroy was self-employed and was of the Baptist belief.

Preceding him in death were: his wife of 70 years, Ruth Smith Griffin; his parents, Leslie and Dora Griffin; two brothers, Robert Pritchard and Warren Griffin.

He is survived by one son, Lynn Griffin (Mary) of Ravenden; one daughter, Kathy Cooper (and the late Mike Cooper) of Ravenden Springs; one brother, Carlos Griffin of Branson, Missouri; one sister, Nina Griffin Hardin of Branson, Missouri; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and five and a half great-great-grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time.  All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
