Walnut Ridge-Anthony Passalaqua, 59, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019 at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.  He was born September 4, 1959 in Walnut Ridge to Henry "Hank" and Edith Marie King Passalaqua.   He married Terry Sue Anderson on May 18, 2007 in Walnut Ridge.  He attended United Free Will Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge and retired from ASU after twenty-four years.

Anthony is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Terry Sue of the home; sons, Blake Passalaqua (Ashley) of Jonesboro and Brett Passalaqua of Walnut Ridge; stepson, Jeremy Cunningham (Stormy) of Walnut Ridge; stepdaughter, Alyson Meadors (Cory) of Harrisburg; brother, David Passalaqua (Pele) of Conway; sister, Shaunda Goodson (Chuck) of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Wesley and Kai Passalaqua, Sunnie and Jersie Cunningham, Oaks, Odom, and Walter Meadors; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  Funeral will be Wednesday, July 24, 2019, 10 a.m. at Cox Funeral home in Walnut Ridge.  Glenn Smith will officiate.  Interment will follow in Whittaker Cemetery in Walnut Ridge.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Ronnie Pierce, Tony Passalaqua, Garrett Smith, Eddie Hill, Jeremy Cunningham, and Brian Pettie.

Honorary pallbearers are Allen Mullins, Larry Darr, Bill Wilcoxson, Tony Anglin, and Wiley Anglin.
