Barbara Ann Bourgeret passed away at St. Bernard's, surrounded by the love of her family on September 30, 2024.  Barb was known as everyone's Studio Granny during her many years at The Studio for the Arts, and also as the face of The Imperial Dinner Theatre, serving as hostess for 23 years.  Barb made a lasting impact as a community volunteer, offering her services to St. Bernards Five Rivers Medical Center and Going to the Dogs thrift store.  Prior to moving to Pocahontas, she worked for McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, MO.

Barb is survived by her children, Andee (Shane Cummings) Evers, Elizabeth Bourgeret, and Scott (Audrey) Ide.  Her brother, Tom (Michelle Malaway) Bourgeret of Bloomfield, MO.  She will be forever missed by her grandchildren Jessamynn Evers, Leah (Frankie) Echeverria, Ty (Patty) Evers, Sarah (Chris) Arnold, Katie (Matt) Wehmer, Ashley Evers, Evan Allen, Emma Wyatt, Abi Wyatt, Ariel (Jake) Avery, John Cummings, Eric Cummings, and her 15 great-grandchildren as well as a beloved nephew, Robert Bourgeret, and extended family and friends.

A drop-in Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 4th from 3 to 5pm at the Rock n Roll Hwy 67 Event Venue (formerly known as The Imperial Dinner Theatre) 1401 Hwy. 304 E, in Pocahontas, AR. Come share your stories and appreciation for this unique, kind, and fun soul.
