Barbara Marie Housdan Corder, 68, of Bono passed from this life at her residence on March 5, 2022.  She was born in Walnut Ridge to the late Rudy and Hazel McCall Housdan on April 17, 1953.  She married Thomas Wayne Corder on April 20, 1970, in Knobel.  She worked for Dana Corporation in Jonesboro during her life.  She attended Old Enterprise Church in Bono.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband; stepfather, Herman Murphy; sisters, Linda Wisdom, and Lucy Sellers.

Survivors include her children, Carla Morgan, Dallas Corder (Diana), Michael Corder, and Amber Corder; brothers, Eldon Housdan (Beverly), Cecil Murphy, and Stephen Murphy; sisters, Suzie Mize, Liz Hagenhoff (Marvin), Lisa Thompson, Kim Littrell (Darrell); several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 10 a.m. in Lawrence Memorial Park with Larry Dobbins officiating.  All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
