Barbara Faith Fears Neeley McClure, 76, of Trumann passed from this life on Monday, May 23, 2022, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born on October 12, 1945, to the late John Herman and Etta Lucille Dunlap Fears in Clover Bend, AR. She married William McClure on April 6, 1974, in St. Louis County. Barbara was a pharmacy technician at Price Chopper during her life. Barbara was of the Church of Christ belief.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Clarence Fears and Johnnie Fears and sisters, Rita McGinnis, and Ina Pickney.

Barbara is survived by her husband of the home; daughter, Georgia Lynn Neeley Bain of West Memphis; brothers, Kenneth (Shirley) Fears of Walnut Ridge; Gerald (Katie) Fears, and Darrell (Rose) Fears both of Pocahontas; sisters, Glenda Faye (Darrell) Pickney and Linda Maye Bourisaw both of Hoxie; grandson, William Bain, a host of nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022, from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Darrell Fears officiating. Interment will follow in Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Chris Madden, Matthew McGinnis, Michael Bailey, Russell Hall, Wesley Madden, Blake Hall. Honorary pallbearers are William Bain, Keith Ray Fears, Neal Fears, Jon Fears, and Leon Goff.
