Billy Wayne Holder, age 79, of Strawberry passed away Friday, December 13, 2019 at Walnut Ridge Nursing and Rehab.  He was born on February 18, 1940 to Waymon and Zanna Clements Holder in Black Rock.  Billy worked for Arkansas Lime Co. as a heavy equipment operator. He was of the Baptist belief.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Durward Holder; sisters, Merle Robertson, Julia Hall, Fern Boren and an infant sister.

Survivors include sons, Danny Holder, (Kathleen) and Renny Holder, all of Strawberry; daughter, Melanie Stephens of Imboden; brother, Cloyce Holder of Tennessee; grandchildren, Ethan (Melinda), Emilia (Dyllan), Demi, Josh and Kyleigh; a great granddaughter, Chloe.

Visitation will be Monday, December 16, 2019 from 1-2 p.m. with funeral following at 2 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge. Burial will be in Kelly Cemetery near Imboden.  Jimmy Dunlap will officiate.
