Walnut Ridge- Bobby "Bob" Gene Moody, Sr., 85, of Walnut Ridge passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at his residence.  He was born January 29, 1935 in Oak Grove to Linnie and Nora Manning Moody.  He married Mary Biggers on May 19, 1962 in Walnut Ridge.  Bob was self-employed and owned Moody Plumbing for over 50 years.  He served in the National Guard and was of the Baptist belief.

Preceding him in death were his parents: and six brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Moody of the home; son, Bobby Moody, Jr. of Walnut Ridge; daughter, Terri McDaniel (John) of Benton; sister, Peg Bruce of Chicago, Illinois; granddaughter, Andi Morgan (Jimmy); and great-grand son, Cullen; brother-in-law, Freddie Biggers (Belinda) of Walnut Ridge.

Burial will be private in Lawrence Memorial Park with Phil Tolson officiating.  All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
