Blue Springs, Mo— Bonnie Sue Burrus, 84, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at St. Mary's Manor in Blue Springs, MO.  Bonnie was born on December 29, 1933 in Manila, AR to William Arthur and Mattie Huffman Burrus.  She worked for Southwestern Bell for 30 years, AT & T for 2 years and Intertech Publishers for 10 years. She attended Immanuel Baptist Church in Overland Park, Kansas.

Preceding her in death were her parents; nine brothers; and two sisters.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 10 am Friday, January 19, 2018 at Lawrence Memorial Park.  All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
