Carroll Jullian Waddell, 77, of Walnut Ridge, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Lawrence Hall Nursing Center in Walnut Ridge. He was born on March 6, 1941 to Claude and Ruby Hibbard Waddell near Walnut Ridge.  Carroll served in the U.S. Army was a retired truck driver.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a great grandson, Luke Junkersfeld and the mother of his children, Mary Alice Waddell.

Survivors include his sons, Timothy Waddell (Chevonna) of Walnut Ridge and Tom Waddell of Bono; a daughter, Tammy Hester (Jerry Moore) of Bono; brothers, Paul Waddell of Searcy and Kelly Waddell of Walnut Ridge; sisters, Hope Segraves of Walnut Ridge, Edna Lee Lamew of Biloxi, MS and Mona Sue Helms of Conway; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Funeral will be Friday, January 4, 2019 at 11 a.m. in Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rick Hart officiating.  Burial will follow in Old Military Cemetery in Sedgwick. All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge.
