Charles Robert Moore's Obituary
Charles R. "Charlie" Moore, Sr., 76, of Ash Flat, died January 14, 2014 at Ash Flat Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Ash Flat. He was born January 24, 1937 in Memphis, TN. He was an Air Force veteran and of Catholic belief.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mose Morris Moore.
Survivors include his children; Charles Moore, Jr. of Black Rock and Rose Moore of Dallas, TX.
Visitation will be Friday, January 17th from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the Wortham Funeral Home Chapel in Hardy. Funeral services will immediately follow visitation and will be under the direction of Cox-Fears Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge with DC James Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Smithville Cemetery at Smithville.
