Charles Robert Moore, Jr, 61, of Black Rock passed from this life on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at his residence. He was born December 20, 1961, in Memphis, TN to Charles Robert Moore, Sr. and Marian McGrew. Charles was a truck driver. He attended New Life Full Gospel Church in Black Rock.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by one sister, Rose Moore of Dallas, Texas; cousins, Marguerite Digman, Bill Moore, Morris Moore all of Walnut Ridge and Patricia Aikman of Paragould; and dear friend Kristi Crooms of Black Rock.
