Chester "Leroy" Beary, 71, of Powhatan, Arkansas, passed from this life suddenly on October 2, 2025.

He was born on December 8, 1953, to the late Chester Beary and Beulah (Stewart) Beary. He was united in marriage to Helen Carr on March 19, 1993, in Jonesboro. Chester was employed at Skil for 29 years as a QA. He was of the Baptist belief. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Chester was preceded in death by two sisters, Iva Lee Whitlow and Carolynn Mcinteer.

He is survived by his loving wife, Helen, of the home; children Jeremy Beary (Melissa) of Powhatan, Jenny Dollins (Robert) of Datto; stepchildren, David Roberts (Jennifer) of Black Rock, and Renee Evans (Nick) of Lynn; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held Monday, October 6, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Eaton, Arkansas.
