Walnut Ridge - Chris Hibbs, age 37 of Walnut Ridge passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015, in Memphis. He was born on February 24, 1978 in Jonesboro to Roger and Debbie Cunningham Hibbs. He was a carpenter and of the Baptist belief.
Preceding him in death are his maternal grandparents, Sonny and Faye Cunningham, and his paternal grandfather, Marvin Hibbs.
He is survived by his parents, Roger and Debbie Hibbs of Walnut Ridge; a son, Walker Hibbs of the home; a daughter, Max Hibbs of the home; a brother, Matt Hibbs of Walnut Ridge; and his paternal grandmother, Marcelle Hibbs of Walnut Ridge.
Visitation will be Monday from 6 – 8 pm at the Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10 am in the Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doran Gregory officiating. Burial will follow at Lawrence Memorial Park under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
