Christina Louise Baker, 43, of Paragould passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at her residence.  She was born May 22, 1978, in Newport to Jerry Don and Mary Wilson Baker.  She was a lead in the apparel department at Kroger in Jonesboro.  Christina was of the Pentecostal belief.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Baker; paternal grandparents, Don and Iona Baker; maternal grandparents, Virgil and Louise Wilson; and cousins, Billy Wilson, Carolyn Pumphrey, Glenda Davidson and Shaina Nicholson.

Christina is survived by her mother, Mary Baker of Swifton; siblings, Jarrette Baker of Swifton, Jordan Baker (Cassie) of Bryant, and Jessecia Reed of Lake City; stepchildren, Deltrina Simpson (Jason) and David Long of Paragould; granddaughter, River Simpson; nieces and nephews, Kailey, Xander, Ryan, Fallon, Bryson, and Jerry Piper; many aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Jimmy Carson officiating.  Burial will follow in Strangers Home Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jordan Baker, Jacob Armstrong, David Blake Wilson, Jessecia Reed, Shae Flanery and Richard Mayhan.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jarrette Baker, David Long, Seth Chastain, Chad Berkheiser, Kenny Green, Jeremy Thomas, Wilda Armstrong, and Jason Simpson.
