Dennis Tackett of St. Charles, Missouri passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Frontier Rehab Center in St. Charles, Missouri.
He was born May 31, 1956, in St. Louis, Missouri to Howard E. and Opal Mae Floyd Tackett. Dennis was a cook, and of the Catholic belief.
Proceeding him in death were his father, Howard E. Tackett; grandparents William and Rosemary Tackett, and Virgil and Agnes Floyd.
Survivors include his mother, Opal Mae Floyd Tackett Pence and his sister, Helen Tackett, both of St. Charles, Missouri.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday in the Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Burial will follow at Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge with Bro. Ray Broadaway officiating.
