Ravenden – Dorothy Faye Wells, 84 , a lifetime resident of Ravenden, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on December 22, 1931 in Opposition, Arkansas to Willie J. and Lillie Cossey Brown. She was of the church of Christ belief.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, W.V. Wells; sister, Ruby Brown; brothers, Lester and Willie Brown; and grandson, Eric Blount.

She is survived by sons, Ronnie Wells (Cathy), David Wells (Cindy), Jimmy Wells; daughter, Carol Blount (Charles); seven grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.

No services for Mrs. Wells are planned at this time.
