Earl Gene Borah, 65, passed from this life Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. He was born June 28, 1952 to Earl and Gladys Lingo Borah in Walnut Ridge. He married Joan McNutt on July 15, 1977 in Pocahontas. He was a Department Manager at Walmart for almost forty years and a charter member of United Free Will Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge. Earl loved gospel singing, farming, and his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Maleta Scudder.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Borah of almost forty-one years; daughters, Gena (Josh) Morris of Paragould and Carrie (Cory) Biggs of Little Rock; sister, Lucille Streetman of Jonesboro; granddaughter, Katie Lynn Morris; and one soon to be grandchild.
