Emma Lee Ferguson, 86, of Walnut Ridge, passed from this life on Monday, May 31, 2021, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro.  She was born February 9, 1935, in Cabool, Missouri to the late Henry Allen and Mammie Maudie Lee McDonald Vaughn.  She was united in marriage to Harold Clinton Ferguson on July 28, 1950, in Rupert, Idaho.  She was a homemaker and was employed at Frolic Footwear during her lifetime.  She was a member of the Main St. church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Ferguson; son, Clinton Ferguson; and brothers, Junior, Ed, and Everett Vaughn.

She is survived by her children, Linda Howard (Terry), Ed Ferguson (Laura) both of Mountain Home, and Joe Ferguson (Lisa) of Hoxie; sister, Bernice Bradford of Willow Springs, Missouri; 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be Friday, June 4, 2021, at 1 p.m. in Oak Forest Cemetery in Black Rock.  Rob Combs will officiate. All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Joe Ferguson II, Jason Ferguson, Josh Ferguson, Dillon Cagle, Todd Jones, and Dwight Ferguson.
