Eric Lynn Prondzinski, 37, of Pocahontas, died Friday, December 13, 2013, at the Randolph County Nursing Home. He was born August 30, 1976 in Stevens Point, WI to Audrey Prondzinski. He was a riverboat mate for Ingram Barge Co. and of Freewill Baptist faith.

Survivors include his mother, Audrey of Pocahontas; the mother of his children, Andrea Jones of Pocahontas; daughters, McKayla Sorg and Claire Prondzinski, both of Pocahontas; brother, Lee Prondizinski (Laura) of Jonesboro; sisters, April Anderson (Jeff) of Pocahontas and Kristie Rodgers of Pocahontas.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Sutton Freewill Baptist Church in Pocahontas. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday at Sutton Freewill Baptist Church in Pocahontas under the direction of Cox-Fears Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge with Randy Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Old Military Cemetery in Sedgwick.

Pallbearers are David Ballard, Nicholas Martin, Kenny Martin, Mike Emmons, Lance Sullinger, and Thomas Bailey. Honorary pallbearers are Bryan Watson and Chris B. Winebaugh.
