Hoxie – Eulah Ree Pitcher, 66, of Hoxie, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016 at her home. She was born on April 4, 1950 in Hammond, Indiana to Frankie Edgar and Tessie Lillian Swift Pitcher. She was a caregiver and of the church of Christ belief.

Preceding her in death were her mother; her husband, Jay Gottschalk; and two brothers, Edward Elston Pitcher and Edmond Franklin Pitcher.

She is survived by her father, Frankie Edgar Pitcher of Walnut Ridge; and two sisters, Edna Riddle of West Plains, Missouri and Muriel Gentry of Walnut Ridge.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Greene County Memorial Gardens in Paragould with Tommy Pitcher officiating. Services will be under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Family will serve as pallbearers.
