Frances Rider-93, former resident of Walnut Ridge, AR, passed away on January 21, 2018 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Sebring, FL. She had been a resident of Southern Lifestyle Assisted Living, Lake Placid, FL since June 2014. She was born a twin at home on June 8, 1924 in Lynn, Arkansas to Walter and Lillian Ferrell. She graduated from Lynn High School in 1941. Frances was married to Verdell Rider, May 24, 1941.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, the love of her life, Verdell Rider and her precious twin sister Freeda Mullaney.

Frances was a loving Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother.

She was a homemaker, loved cooking, baking, reading, and gardening. She was most admired for passion and spending time with her sister quilting and making sure all were taken care of with a special quilt of their own.

Frances is survived by, a daughter, Toletta (Jack) Donaldson of Sebring, FL. Grandchildren, James (Carolanne) Donaldson of Fletcher, NC, Jerald (Karen) Donaldson of Washington, IL and Julee Winings of Garner, NC. Great grandchildren, Lauren, Lindsay, Wesley, Sarah, Sam, Miranda and Marissa. Great Great Grandchild, James. A nephew, Sterling Mullaney (Robin) of Tuscon, AZ.
