Walnut Ridge-Frank Davis, 83, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at his residence.  He was born March 6, 1935 in Imboden to Oscar Whitfield and Minerva Janes Davis. He married Anna Marzell White on November 16, 1954 in Tunica, Mississippi. He retired from Smith Implement after forty-one years. Frank was a member of United Free Will Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Leon Davis and Bill Davis; sisters, Faye Carter, Dorothy Decker, and Stella Toye; and great-grandson, Colton Heath Mangum.

He is survived by his wife, of the home; a son, Stephen Ray Davis (Rhonda) of Portia; a daughter Sharon Kay Henson (Aaron) of Walnut Ridge; a sister, Irene Kerley of Pocahontas; grandchildren, Shane Davis (Beth), Whitney Mangum (Gary), Heath Davis (Samantha), Hunter Davis (Brandi), and Danielle Chambers (Alex); great-grandchildren, Baylee Davis, Ashton Davis, Leo Mangum, Gavin Davis, Chloe Davis, River Davis, Gage Eades, Kayden Chambers, Lyliee Chambers, and Adyson Chambers.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 3 until 5 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  The funeral will be Monday, February 4, 2019, 10 a.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  Bro Chuck Fitzgerald and Bro Josh Phillips will officiate.  Interment will follow in Masonic Cemetery in Pocahontas under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Shane and Ashton Davis, Heath and Gavin Davis, Hunter Davis, Gage Eades, Leo Mangum, River Davis, and Kayden Chambers.

Honorary pallbearers are Benson Hart, Terry Ward, Jay Waltermire, Dave Fowler, Bryon Blanchard, Ryan Shoe, Phil Kissee, Sam Dunlap, and Chris Winters.
