Walnut Ridge – Frankie Joe Boozer, 65, of Walnut Ridge passed away Monday, August 22, 2016, at his home. He was born on July 8, 1951 in Newport, Arkansas to James and Mary Wayland Boozer. On July 23, 2009, he married Zarina Muradova in Dubai, UAE. He was a retired engineer and of the church of Christ belief. He served in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his father, and son, Cooley Boozer.

Survivors include his wife, Zarina Muradova Boozer of the home; mother, Mary Boozer of Walnut Ridge; daughters, Elizabeth Boozer of Newport, Makenzie Boozer of Richland, Washington, Selbi Muradova of the home; son, Jon Muradov of the home; sisters, Connie Rose (Larry) of Rogersville, Missouri, Debi Hart (Blake) of Walnut Ridge; grandchildren, Starr Boozer and Ari Boozer.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Funeral will be Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 11 am at Cox Funeral Home with Robert Combs officiating. Burial will be at Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge.
