Walnut Ridge- Hines Digman, 80, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020 at his residence.  He was born May 17, 1939 in Walnut Ridge to the late Lawrence and Ella Rodgers Digman. He married Marguerite Moore on August 22, 1969 in Black Rock. He was of the Church of Christ belief.  Hines was a life-long farmer and was one of the first catfish farmers in Arkansas.  He enjoyed spending time at his hill farm, gardening, and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Marguerite, of the home; daughter, Leigh Smith and her husband, Charles of Jonesboro.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Children's Shelter located at 107 Benson Drive in Walnut Ridge.
