Jackson Leon Webb, 89, of Walnut Ridge passed from this life on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Walnut Ridge Nursing and Rehab.  He was born January 15, 1934, in Denton to the late Dorothy and Lacy (Field) Webb.  Jackson was a grocery store manager and owned and operated Peg House Deli in Leggett, California during his lifetime.  After his retirement, he was a tour guide at Drive-Thru Tree in the Redwood National Forest in Leggett, California.  He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church near Denton.

In addition to his parents, Jackson was preceded in death by a brother, Clyde Webb; and sisters, Ila Mae Taylor and Ruby Irene Vance.

He is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
