James William Montgomery's Obituary
James William Montgomery, 75 of Powhatan, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was born on August 22, 1942 in Pocahontas to William and Willie White Montgomery.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Ralph Montgomery.
Survivors include sons, James Montgomery (Annette) of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, Glenn Montgomery (Maria) of Herndon, Virginia, and Alan Montgomery (Jennifer) of Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania; sister, Mildred Hessling of Morton, Illinois; grandchildren, Katherine, Adam, Lauren, Olivia, Alyssa, Grace, Sara, Sophia, and Sydney Montgomery.
Visitation for Mr. Montgomery will be Saturday, September 2, 2017 from 10:30-11:00 a.m. at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with James Sullivan officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
