Jeffery (Jeff) Daniel King, 59, of Hoxie, passed away February 17, 2017 at his home.  He was born March 22, 1957 to Jack and Mildred Flannery King in Rockford, Illinois.  He retired from Bosch as a machinist after 37 years.

Jeff was a brave and loving father having raised four head-strong daughters.  He was a perfectionist and "Mr. Fix-it" who could fix anything.  He will be missed dearly.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jack King; infant son Michael Paul King; brother, David King; and infant grandson, Ladd Peppin.

He is survived by his mother, Mildred King; significant other, Maria Mathews, of the home; daughters, Dana Davis (Kenny), Cindy Peppin (Arthur) of Bowie, Maryland, Amy Rorex (Kai) of Walnut Ridge, and Holly Gutierrez of Paragould; siblings, Gary, Danny, Jay, Troy, and Dale King, Teresa Haff, and Jannie Gray; grandchildren, Brandon and Emily Davis, Carter Peppin, Blaine Elizabeth Rorex, Jaslene and Kaia Gutierrez, and a great grandchild, Bryson Davis.

A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2016 from 5 until 7 pm at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
