Jentry Mitchell, 87, of Walnut Ridge passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.  She was born on August 16, 1930 to Jackson and Stella Butler Turbyeville in Walnut Ridge. On August 30, 1948 she married Harold Mitchell.  She was a homemaker and was employed at R.D. Burrow's Hardware Store for many years.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Harold Mitchell; a daughter, Debra Sue Mitchell; her parents, Jackson and Stella Butler Turbyeville;  a granddaughter, Denise Carol Vincent; five brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include a son, Dennis Mitchell and a daughter, Vickie Blender, both of Walnut Ridge; one grandchild, six great grandchildren, eight great- great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 7, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge. All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge.
