Jerry Wallis, 74, formerly of Black Rock, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. He was born September 21, 1943 to Luther T. and Betty Guntharp Wallis at Portia. He married Nancy Woodson on March 16, 1965 at Portia. Jerry was a self-employed business owner for many years, owning Fun Bunks Manufacturing in Black Rock, and was a subcontractor for AT&T. He was of the Baptist belief.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his beloved wife, Nancy.

He is survived by son, Scott Wallis (Terrye) of Jonesboro; daughter, Deana Wallis of Morrilton; brothers, Donald Wallis (Gail Dodd) and Tandie Wallis both of Pocahontas, Gus Wallis (Betty Ann) of Deer Park, Texas, and Tim Wallis (Linda) of Springdale; sisters, Glenda Laird (Don) of Troy, Missouri, Janice Thielemier (Frank) of Jefferson City, Missouri, and Ada Stallings (Tommy) of Imboden; grandchildren, Christopher Robinson, Landon Wallis and Blythe Wallis; and great grandchildren Rossi and Case Robinson.
