Jerry "Buck" Willfond, 69, of Walnut Ridge passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge. He was born on October 7, 1947 in Walnut Ridge to Weldon and Frankie Hibbard Willfond.  He was a truck driver and of the Baptist belief.

Preceding him in death are his parents; sister, Melba Jones and a grandson, Tyler William Alls.

Survivors include his wife, Sally of the home; a son, Phillip Willfond (Deanna) of Walnut Ridge; a daughter, Geri Ann Alls (Richard) of Egypt; sisters, Betty Stayton and Joyce Hutsell of Hoxie; grandchildren, Drew Alls (Sarah), Ashley Leann Hill (Hunter); two great grandchildren, Breylee Raegan and Evan Andrew Alls.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 10 until 12 pm with funeral following at 12 pm in Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge.  Dale Hughart will officiate. Burial will follow in Arnold Cemetery near Swifton.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Hunter Ozburn, Drew Alls, Jim Cagle, and Richard Alls.

Honorary pallbearers are Don Gray, Sam Moore and Tom Moore.
