Walnut Ridge – Jesse Mac Adkins,58, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at Walnut Ridge Nursing and Rehab.  He was born on December 30, 1958 in Muskegon, Michigan to Arthur and Grace Lavern Ludwig Adkins.  He married Jennie Holder on October 16, 1993 in Walnut Ridge.  He was employed at Nestle Foods, and formerly a collection manager in Muskegon, Michigan. He attended Freedom Church near Walnut Ridge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and grandmother, Woodsey Bailey.

Survivors include his wife, Jennie Adkins of the home; daughter, Courtney Adkins of Hull, Georgia; two step sons, Jonathan Wichman of Bentonville and Jeremy Wichman of Walnut Ridge; sisters, Rhynea DeBow of Walnut Ridge and Carla Crowell (Jim) of Muskegon, Michigan; brothers, Jim Adkins (Kathie) of Pocahontas and Art Adkins (Eileen) of Muskegon, Michigan; five grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

There will be a celebration of life for Jesse on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Freedom Church near Walnut Ridge at 12:00 p.m. with Glenn Smith and Don Cook officiating.  A meal will follow the service.
