Jessie Louise Duckworth, 89, of Walnut Ridge died September 5, 2014 at Lawrence Hall Nursing Center in Walnut Ridge. She was born October 6, 1924 in Imboden to Charles and Pearl Wrey Milgrim. She was of Jehovah's Witness belief.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, John Chester Duckworth; daughter, Carol Johnson; brothers, Charles Milgrim, Jewel Milgrim, Doc Milgrim; sisters, Mary Sutter and Mabel Ward; grandchildren, John Johnson and Cheyanne Mitchell; and great-grandchildren, Michael and Brandon Johnson.

Survivors include her daughters, Vicki Richardson (Bryan) of Hoxie and Jane Mitchell of Benton; brother, Levi Milgrim of Bono; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, September 8, 2014 at 3pm in the Duty Cemetery near Walnut Ridge, under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge with Dale Cobble officiating. No visitation is planned.
