Jim Alls, 76, of Delaplaine passed from this life on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.  He was born April 18, 1945 in Jonesboro to the late Edward "Andy" and Geneva Alls.  He married Mary Stafford on September 7, 1962 in Paragould.  Jim was a farmer and was of the Pentecostal belief.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Geneva Alls; stepmother, Maggie Alls; son, Steve Edward Alls; one brother and several sisters; and one grandson, Tyler William Alls.

Jim is survived by his wife, Mary of 59 years of the home; children, Jim Alls (Rhonda) of Delaplaine, Richard Alls (GeriAnn) of Walnut Ridge, Robert Alls (Sheena) of Paragould, Steven Alls of Paragould, and Barbara Simmons (David) of Hoxie; siblings, David "Tab" Alls (Marie) of Pocahontas, Charles "Buster" Alls (Debbie) of Booneville, Ester Burleson of Camden, and Libby Knoche of Hoxie; ten grandchildren,11 great-grandchildren, and 2 soon to be great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  The funeral service will be Friday, August 27, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home with Phillip Keeling officiating.  Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Jonesboro under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Due to Covid-19, social distancing and masks are required during visitation and funeral.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Richard Alls, Robert Alls, Steven Alls, Drew Alls, Marcus Hinkle, and Chris Jones.
