BONO – Jimmy Lynn Thomas, 58, died Tuesday, July 3, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice in Jonesboro. He was born June 13, 1954 in Walnut Ridge to Harold Ray and Betty Lou Coggins Thomas. He was a member of Greensboro Church of Christ and a welder for Ramson Construction.
Survivors include his parents of Mesa, AZ; two sons, Shawn Thomas (Tammy) of Jonesboro, Steven Thomas (Byrnn) of Bono; brother, Jamie Thomas of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Haley Thomas, Addison Thomas, A.J. Thomas, Cheyenne Thomas, and Mason Thomas; mother of his children, Shirley Thomas of Bono; aunt, Linda Coggins of Mesa, AZ.
Visitation is Friday July 6, 10:30am to 12:00pm at Greensboro Road Church of Christ in Jonesboro. Services are immediately following visitation with Bill Willard officiating and Cox Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge in charge of arrangements. Burial to follow in Trinity Cemetery in Bono.
