Hillsboro, TN – JoAnn Roberts, age 76, passed away Monday, August 14, 2017 at St. Thomas Heart Medical Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She was born in O'kean, Arkansas to Dolaphis and Jewell O'dell French on January 29, 1941. She was employed in customer service at Walmart and of the Methodist belief
.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sue French, and several brothers.

Survivors include son, Yancey Hale of Hillsboro, Tennessee; daughter, Lyanna Stombaugh of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; grandchildren, John Dee Stombaugh, II, Samantha Stombaugh, Sydney Stombaugh, JoAnn Anthony, Brittany Dawson, and Kayla Johnson.

Graveside service will be Friday, August 18, 2017 at 11:00 am at Lawrence Memorial Park under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
