Joe E. Brown, 79, of Walnut Ridge passed away Monday, March 20, 2018 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was born March 25, 1938 to Ray Edgar and Myrtle Ethel Frisbee Brown at Walnut Ridge. He was a truck driver and owned several businesses.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Billy Brown; brother, Terry Brown; sister, Bonnie Smith.

He is survived by son, Steve Brown (Liz) of Imboden; one brother, Jim Brown (Barbara) of Manchester, Missouri; three sisters; Carolyn Corbett of Black Rock, Evia Breshears (Rick) of Lonoke, and Henrietta Brewer (Ted) of Picayune, Mississippi; sister-in-law, Seann Brown; daughter-in-law, Beth Brown; four grandchildren, Amanda Yates (James), Rebecca Pratt (Eric), Matthew Brown, and Holly Skeen; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial was private at Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge.
