John Andrew Bagi, 93, of Lakewood, OH died October 7, 2014 at his residence. He was born July 2, 1921 in Cleveland, OH to John and Elizabeth Olah Bagi. On September 26, 1942 he married Elsie May Guilliams in Walnut Ridge. He was an inspector at White Motor Company in Cleveland, OH and the Cleveland, OH boxing Golden Glove Champion in 1942.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and sisters, Dorothy Reeves and Barbara Young.

Survivors include his wife, Elsie of the home; daughter, Linda Martin (John) of Madison, NC; brother, William Bagi of North Ridgeville, OH; sister, Ethel Neal of Cocoa, FL; and grandson, Johnny Martin (Jessica) of Charlotte, NC.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 18th, at 2pm at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge. Graveside funeral services will be held at 4pm at the Opposition Cemetery in Ravenden under the direction of Cox Funeral Home with Johnny Martin and John Martin officiating.
