Joyce Ann Wantland, 79, of Walnut Ridge passed from this life on Monday, November 20, 2023, at Flo and Phil Jones hospice house in Jonesboro.  She was born November 28, 1943, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to the late Frank and Delsie (Lawson) Kearby.  Joyce was a farmer, laborer, and homemaker during her lifetime.  She was of the Christian belief.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by brothers, Buddy Kearby and Vernon Kearby.

She is survived by her children, Teresa Golden of Walnut Ridge, Terry Golden and Timothy Adams, both of Warrenton, Missouri, and Heath Wantland of Walnut Ridge; sister, Wanda Magruder of Potosi, Missouri; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Burial will take place at a later date.
