NEWARK – Judy Kay Spicer, 58, died Tuesday at her residence. She was born November 2, 1953 in Newport to Frank and Perley Maye Gray Cantrell. On August 11, 1969 , she married Jerry Spicer. She was a member of Newark Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents; and daughter, Jennifer Lynn Spicer Vest. She is survived by her husband, mother, and daughter Becky George, all of Newark; two sisters, Sherry Allen of Heber Springs and Joy Jones of Sulphur Rock; and grandsons Logan Vest and Trey George. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 13, 11:00 am at Swifton Cemetery with Ken Light officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge.
