Larry Junior Willfond, 69, of Black Rock passed from this life on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.  He was born July 10, 1954, in Marion to the late Louie and Niladean (Webb) Willfond.  He was united in marriage to Cathy Graham on February 27, 1982, in Sedgwick.  Larry was a truck driver and was of the Baptist belief.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his siblings, Kenny Gale Willfond, Donald Willfond, and Janie Carol Willfond; grandson, Will Smith; and nephew, Michael Don Householder.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy of the home; children, Larry Willfond (Angie) of Walnut Ridge, Joe Willfond of Illinois, Blake Willfond of Hoxie, Jason Willfond (Katie) of Walnut Ridge, and Sonya Jackson of Black Rock; sisters, Darlene Avery of Walnut Ridge and Jeannie Price (Kenny Club) of Corning; grandchildren, Kailey, Zoe, Brooke, Stormee, Slayde, Keldon, Nova, Jax, Knox, Evelyn, and Kaison; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Alexander, Madyson, Zeke, Cohen, Henry, Shayna, Vivian, and Jaxson; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, January 19, 2024, from 12 until 2 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  Funeral services will immediately follow at 2 p.m. Gary Dauzat will officiate.  Interment will follow in Duty Cemetery in Walnut Ridge under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Larry Willfond, Blake Willfond, Joe Willfond, Jason Willfond, Tony Willfond, and Jeff Willfond.
