Linda Kay Foley, 76, of Smithville passed from this life on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at the Phil and Flo Hospice house in Jonesboro. She was born on August 15, 1947 to the late T.Z. and Tisha Marie (Wagner) Miller in Black Rock. She married Harold Foley on February 28, 1970. Linda worked at Skil. She enjoyed shopping. Linda was a member of the Smithville Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one sister, Patsy Wicker.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Stephen) Fowler of Jonesboro; two brothers, Jim (Betty) Miller of Hardy, Billy Miller of Benton; seven sisters, Carolyn Matthews of Walnut Ridge, Joyce Smith of Walnut Ridge, Brenda Binkley of Hoxie, Naedean (Rick) Mayland of Portia, Tommie Jean Guiest of Walnut Ridge, Debbie Burns of Walnut Ridge, Trisha (Clayton) Brown of Pocahontas; grandchildren, Logan (Tori) Fowler and Allison (Toby) Tyler.

Visitation will be held at the Smithville Baptist Church, Wednesday, November 22, 2023 in Smithville from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Harold Russell officiating. Interment will follow in Smithville Cemetery in Smithville all under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Those honored to be pallbearers are Rick Mayland, David Foley, Clayton Brown, Michael Brown, Matt Nichols and Taylor Nichols.
