Lois Joan Duncan, 62, of Imboden died Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born September 4, 1951 in Salem to Albert Lee and Lottie Marie Morgan Darnell. On January 5, 1970 she married Charles William Duncan in Williford. Lois worked as an Expeditor at SKIL for twenty-three years and was of church of Christ belief.

Preceding her in death were her father and her husband.

Survivors include her mother, Lottie, of Highland; sons, Rick Duncan of Imboden and Rodney Darnell of Sitka; daughter Shannon Duncan of Imboden; sister, Joyce Wess of Sitka; five grandchildren; and special friend, James Garren Wilson.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, June 13th, at 11:00 am in the Williford Cemetery at Williford under the direction of Cox-Fears Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge with Brian Alexander officiating. No public visitation is planned.
