Loreta Catherine Fleming Robertson, 95, of Black Rock, died February 11, 2013 at Lawrence Hall Nursing Center in Walnut Ridge. She was born August 28, 1917 in Black Rock to James and Margie Bolen Fleming. She married Vernon "Cannon" Robertson on January 4, 1936 in Black Rock. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Black Rock.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brothers, John, Walker, and Amos Fleming; sister, Inis Ratliff; grandson, James Robertson II.
Survivors include her sons, James Robertson (Christy) and Ray Cleo "Fat" Robertson (Tommie Jean) all of Black Rock, and Billy Robertson of Holland, MI; daughters Linda Robertson and Kathy Robertson of Black Rock; brother, Wilbert Fleming of Byhalia, MS; sister Christine Kildow of Black Rock; grandsons, James Michael Robertson of Temecula, CA, Mitch Robertson of Boulder, CO, Mike Robertson of Conroe, TX; granddaughter, Marcia Gill of Conroe, TX; six great-grandchildren, Connor, Lindsay, Michael Robertson all of Temecula, CA, Poetry and Paisley Green of Ft. Collins, CO, Rebecca Gill of Walnut Ridge.
Visitation will be Friday 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge. Funeral services will be Saturday 2:00 pm at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge with Mike Ballard officiating and Libby Dunavant as guest speaker. Burial will follow in Oak Forest Cemetery in Black Rock.
Pallbearers are Keith Robertson, Leroy Ratliff, Richard Fleming, Harold Willet, Billy Joe Starnes, Lawrence Kildow.
