ASh Flat - Lottie Marie Darnell, 88 passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Eagle Crest Nursing Center in Ash Flat. She was born on July 27, 1927 in Sharp County to Walter Franklin and Viola Katherine King Morgan. She married Albert Lee Darnell on March 31, 1946 at Hardy. She was a cook at the Williford School and was a member of the church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and daughter, Joan Duncan.

Survivors include: daughter, Joyce Wess of Sikta, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a special son-in-law.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
