Marvin Clinton Willfond Sr., 68, of Walnut Ridge, passed from this life on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at his residence. He was born on June 10, 1958, in Forrest City, to the late Edgar and Lillie (Cooper) Willfond. He was a self-employed floor installer during his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time with his family, and making everyone laugh with his sense of humor.

In addition to his parents, Marvin was preceded in death by his brothers, Carl Willfond and Jerry Willfond; his sisters, Louise Hudson and Katrina Willfond; nephews, Mike Willfond and Richard Hudson.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Willfond of Walnut Ridge; his children, April Jobe (Charles) of Williford, Marvin Willfond Jr. (Ashley) of Walnut Ridge, and Blake Willfond (Janis) of Smithville; brothers, Bo Willfond (Addie) of Alicia, Robert Willfond (Dyanne) of Walnut Ridge, and Daniel Willfond of Dallas, Texas; Teresa Lawrence (Bill) of Cleburne, Texas; grandchildren, Sladyn WIllfond, Sydnee Willfond, Spencer Willfond, Jaycee Willfond, and Jaxson WIllfond, Christoper Jobe, Kyle Jobe, Hunter Brewington, Dakota Brewington; great grandchildren, Eli Jobe, Oaklynn Jobe and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 12 until 2 P.M. in Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge with funeral services immediately following at 2 P.M. Bro. Rick Hart will officiate. There will be no burial at this time.
