Mary Francis Gill, 84, of Walnut Ridge died November 12, 2014 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born November 1, 1930 in Ravenden to Elmer and Ethel Jones Etchison. On November 6, 1948 she married Olus Harold Gill in Bono. She was a homemaker, worked many years at Lawrence Manufacturing, Ark Trail Blazer, and a member of the Portia church of Christ.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Edward A and Sarah Francis Etchison; her parents; her husband; daughter, Sharon Kay Gill; and son-in-law, Jimmy Tom Sexton.

Survivors include her son, Chip Gill (Susan) of Walnut Ridge; daughters, Ann Sexton of Newport and Charlette Koob (Terry) of Houston TX; sisters, June Ratliff of Eaton and Judy Ellen Armstrong of Hope Mills, NC; grandchildren, Jeff Sexton, Jeremy Wetuski, Tiffany Wilson, Eric Wetuski, and Marguerite Gill; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, November 14th, from 5 to 7pm in the Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 15th, at 10am in the Cox Chapel with Robert Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge.

Pallbearers are Eric Wetuski, Duane Gill, Greg Gill, James Ratliff, Jeffery Sexton, and Joey Gill. Honorary pallbearers are Roger Ratliff, Von Gill, and Mike Ratliff.
