He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leland Baney, Randy Toombs, William Riney, and Shirley Melton.

He is survived by his parents, Bobby (Wilma) Baney of Pocahontas and Brandi (Jim) Hemminger of Black Oak; grandparents, Sandra Ford and Lourine Baney; brothers, Kyle Cartwright, Michael Nordmeyer, Johnny Hemminger, all of Black Oak, Adam Smith of Pocahontas and and Hunter Baney of Bella Vista and Andrew Riney of Pocahontas; sisters, Kayla Cartwright, Megan Hemminger, both of Black Oak, Heather Richey of Walnut Ridge; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are his brothers and friends, Keith White and Drew Smith.
