Pocahontas-Nancy Anne Cole, 102, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Randolph County Nursing Home in Pocahontas.  She was born March 21, 1917 in… to Charlie Marion and Janey Irene Winchester Rainwater.  She married Albridge J. Cole on August 8, 1940 in Lynn.  Nancy was a homemaker and was of the Baptist belief.

Preceding her in death were her husband; parents; brothers, Arthur and Alma Rainwater; sisters, Agnes Mathews, Ally Walling, Alta Barry, and Dolly Richey.

She is survived by her sons, Jim Cole of Pocahontas; Darryl Cole of Ramona, California; daughter, Joanne Kinney of Vista, California; ten grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  The funeral will follow at 12 p.m. with Jimmy Dunlap officiating. Interment will follow in Old Lebanon Cemetery in Lynn under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Scott Cole, Jeff Cole, Tyler Cole, Randy Kinney, Riley Brown, and Alex Brown.
