Nina McPherson, 99, of Imboden, died April 10th at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. She was born August 1, 1914 in Williford to JaHue Stokely and Carrie Belle Cooper Yates. In November of 1941, she married Ralph McPherson in Williford. She was a homemaker, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, a member of the Imboden Assembly of God Church, and dearly loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband; and eleven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Judy (Eldon) Henderson of Imboden; daughter, Lynda (Ray) Wright of Yreka, CA; grandchildren, Lanny Henderson, Tresa (Larry) Keough, Michael Henderson, Michele Bolyard, Randy Wright, Jennifer (William) Reed; great-grandchildren, Jernigan and Jessica Schwent, Chamy Keough, Hallie Henderson, Chase and Cory Henderson, Crystal Hutton, Kayla Malaby, Carson Bolyard, Jace Wright; great-great-grandchildren, Mikka and Carson Schwent, Olivia Henderson, Joseph Hutton, and Samantha and Bradley Reed.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 12th, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Cox-Fears Chapel in Walnut Ridge. Funeral services will be Sunday, April 13th, at 2:00 pm at the Imboden Assembly of God Church under the direction of Cox-Fears Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge with her grandson, Jernigan Schwent officiating. Burial will follow in the McCollough Cemetery in Wirth.

Pallbearers are Eldon Henderson, Michael Henderson, Lanny Henderson, Chase Henderson, Larry Keough, and Ray Wright.
