Nytee Smith, 96, of Hardy passed from this life on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at her residence.  She was born April 22, 1925, in Lynn to the late W.D. and Dorothy Ellis Segraves.  She was a homemaker and was of the Assembly of God faith.  Nytee loved her great-grand babies.

In addition to her parents, Nytee was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd C. Smith, several brothers and sisters, and daughter-in-law, Betty E. Smith.

She is survived by her son, Cecil Leonard Smith: grandsons, Chris Smith and Michael Smith; great-grandchildren, Hunter Smith, McKayla Smith, and Scott Smith, all of Hardy; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 7, 2021, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Highland.  Funeral will be Monday, November 8, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church with Dale Waterson officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Mammoth Springs under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Ricky Crook, Corey Bobo, Dennis Sublett, Brian Long, Wes Austin, and Mike Long.
